One town, three ports

Narbonne has three access points to the waterways of the region and seaways of the world: the Mediterranean, the étang de Bages and the Canal de la Robine

It is a unique enough situation for us to point it out!

Two pleasure ports

  • The largest at Narbonne Plage
  • The seaside resort has 600 berths, a port authority office and clean, modern sanitation facilities.

Pleasure craft owners can make the most of all nautical activities thanks to an immediate access to the open sea.

The port offers a diving club, a sailing school and a seafishing club.

This port has amenities which include, besides the étangs with their water berths and earthworks with dry berths, a sailing school, a clubhouse and dormitories, dining hall and hangar.

Walking around the Port La Nautique, you'll admire several bétous and catalanes, the typically colourful  boats of the region, with their lateen sails. (see also excursion ideas -  Port-La-Nautique)

All berths are taken with the exception of a small number of out-of-water places still available for year-round or over-winter storage.

The town port

At the heart of town on the Canal de la Robine. A UNESCO world heritage site.
